Luisa Donovan is a dance maker, amateur chef, and goofy queer based in Philadelphia, PA. Lu grew up outside Boston where they began their dance training with Boston Ballet. Lu now holds a BA in Dance and American Studies from Wesleyan University where they danced and learned with Susan Lourie, Nicole Stanton, Will Rawls, Darrell Jones, Iddi Saaka and Hari Krishnan.

Lu now attends the Headlong Performance Institute under the direction of Amy Smith, Shavon Norris, and David Brick.
